2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 cup feta cheese crumbles
Combine dressing, garlic and basil. Pour over veggies and toss. Refrigerate one hour to let flavors meld. Before serving, add feta cheese.
